Lifestyle Avatar is a platform for working with a coach — not a coaching app, not a meditation tool, not a wellness subscription. It's a place to find a coach you connect with, and then do the actual work with them over time.
We built it because the best coaches we knew were spending too much time on everything except coaching — admin, content, client follow-up, scheduling. And their clients were getting great sessions but losing momentum in the weeks in between.
The platform handles the operations so coaches can focus on coaching. Clients get their coach's full attention during sessions, and continued support between them.
How we vet coaches.
Every coach on the platform has been through our application and review process. There's no self-serve sign-up. We look for:
- ✓A real coaching practice with paying clients
- ✓A defined coaching approach and methodology
- ✓A track record of client outcomes
- ✓An interview with the Lifestyle Avatar team
ICF-track coaches are required to provide their credential or active membership. We prioritise coaches with a defined point of view on their work — not generalists.
How the platform works.
The coach is the product.
The platform handles the operations — scheduling, payments, content, client support. The coach handles the coaching. That distinction is deliberate, and it never blurs.
Your conversations stay private.
What you share with your coach is private. We don't sell your data, we don't read your sessions, and we don't share your information with third parties. If you're going through something sensitive, it stays between you and your coach.
Real support between sessions.
Most coaching platforms end when the session ends. We built a platform where the support continues — daily content from your coach, direct messaging, and a private space for your work. Growth happens between sessions, not just during them.
We vet every coach ourselves.
There's no self-serve coach sign-up. Every coach on the platform applied, went through a discovery call, and was accepted by the team. That means when you find a coach here, someone has already done the homework on whether they're the real thing.
