Fill in the application form — your niche, how long you've been coaching, who you work with, and what you want to build.
We read every application personally. No automated screening, no algorithms. A real person reviews what you submit and decides whether you're a fit.
What you get: Confirmation email within 2 business days.
We make sure we're a fit.
A 30-minute call with the team. We talk about your practice, your goals, and what you've tried before. You ask every question you have — about the platform, the process, and what life looks like on the other side.
This is also where we decide, together, whether to move forward. We pass on coaches who aren't a fit. You can do the same.
What you get: A clear yes or no. If yes, a proposal within 48 hours.
We design your custom plan.
There's no off-the-shelf setup here. Your proposal is built around the specific business you're running — your niche, your client profile, your content style, your existing tools.
You review the proposal, ask questions, and agree to the terms. We countersign and you're officially in.
What you get: A signed agreement and an onboarding link.
Stripe, calendar, video — one click each.
You connect the tools you already use or want to use: Stripe (for payments straight to your bank), Google or Outlook Calendar (for scheduling), and Zoom (for auto-generated meeting links on every booking).
Each is a standard OAuth connection — you click, authorise, done. We store the credentials encrypted and never touch your payment flows.
What you get: Payments, booking, and video — all live and connected.
Upload your photos and methodology. We learn your voice.
Upload your logo, headshot, lifestyle photos, and a document describing your coaching methodology. If you have audio recordings of yourself coaching or speaking, upload those too — they help us calibrate your voice more precisely.
Pick your site theme from six editorial palettes. Build your first package: title, description, price, session count.

Your offer is live and sellable.
Your site is built. Your first package has a landing page, a contract, a booking flow, and a payment link. Share it and clients can pay, sign, book — and land directly in your client portal.
We send you a test run so you can walk through the client experience yourself before you share it publicly.
What you get: A shareable offer URL. Your client portal is live.
Your business runs. You coach.
Daily blog posts start publishing to your site and going out to subscribers. Accountability check-ins fire for every client who's enrolled. Your client assistant is live in the portal.
You get a check-in with your success manager at 7 days and 30 days. After that, you run. We're behind the scenes.
What you get: An activated coaching business. Your ICF log starts populating automatically.
